29/07/2011, dunes of Oostende (Belgium). Unfortunately, the wings are a little damaged. Is it Pipunculus sp. and is species ID possible? Thanks in advance!

I've no idea about the fly, but I'd love to know what proportion of its energy budget is spent on image-procesing!
