Forest area dominated by Picea.
Possible to ID?

18 species of Siphona found in Norway.
Then I suppose ID down to species level based on photo is more or less hopeless.

Yes, not really possible to say more without a specimen or very detailed photos of a fly that is one of the rare ones that can be identified from photos with any reliability ;)
