I found today this small specimen in my house...It is tachinidae ???

Yes, Tachinidae - possibly Siphonini -
Actia or
Peribaea? Need to see the specimen to be sure :)

Indeed, Actia or Peribaea, most likely Peribaea, but I would need better closeups to be sure
