sorry, I'm not even know the family . . . conopidae (Thanks Jeroen!) Species possible from this pics?
could I get your great help?

Switzerland, about 2 km away from Lake Zurich, 430 msm, balcony, 19.07.2011
a small fly, about 6 mm long, "beckoned?" from time to time with one front leg
