I would guess that it's Scaptomyza (I can only see 4 rows of achrostichal setulae). It doesn't have the very grey/stripy looking mesonotum of S. pallida, but I think pallida is very variable
(4 rows achrostichal setulae seems to rule out pallida - but the key then becomes hard!)

Oh well - looks like no-one else is going to offer an opinion! (I wouldn't have too much faith in mine, if I were you!)
