Small fly, about 3-5 mm. Cundinamarca, Cloud Forest, 2500 msn

I am tempted to guess Drosophilidae. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will tell me (If I'm wrong) why I'm wrong.

(I think It's female, and has the feel of an immigrans group fly)

Also, do you have a more dorsal view? and were the wings clouded, or do they just appear that way in the photo?

I'm afraid I don't have any more to add... The clouded cross-vein is consistent with immigrans, but the banding on the tergites doen't look quite right. Immigrans is cosmopolitan - but I have no knowledge of South American Drosophila, so I could be way off.

Hopefully someone who knows more than I do will provide an opinion!
