Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small fly with grey and cream abdomen - Coenosia cf. testacea

Northamptonshire, England. 16th July.

Size 3.5mm

The bi-coloured abdomen was very noticable, even to the unaided eye. Help with identification appreciated.
