Hello,

Could this be Solieria?
Two proclinate bristles on both sides of the parafrontal area suggest S. pacifica but I'm not sure if this is a male or a female.

No ... Siphona ;) Solieria are larger and have only 2 pairs of scutellars (not converging) /// and you can see the angle proboscis probing the flower under the head, in some photos.
