Phaonia rufiventris/bitincta/subventa. I can see characters shared by the 3 species of the group, so it is not easy to get it sure.

Arista is hairy, I can't count the setae from the pictures...

With a second look : t1 with a p. seta (rule out
P. rufiventris), then, dark pedicel, 2 p. visible on t2, presu. dark mid stripes broad, it has to be
P. subventa. I was puzzled by the wholly yellow scutellum and only one pair of prs ac visible. Arista should be only pubescent then (the less long hair of the group).
