Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Bombyliidae to identify

I photographed this Bombyliidae (I think) species in the north-east of Portugal during the month of June.

Can someone help me identify it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd say Bombylius cruciatus. Wait for Gibbs.
