I'd say Holopogon nigripennis, Asilidae.

At one moment I thought about Asilidae because of the hairy look, but I didn't try to key it rejecting this idae ... in fact I didn't know that such small asilids existed ! ;)


So, following your answer, I had a look at the Séguy's key and I lightened artificially the lateral picture : Is the tergite VI grey, isn't it (Unless it's a trick of the sunlight) ? So could it be as well Holopogon venustus ?


Which could fit with the pale spot on (what I think is) the mesonotum ?
