Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Syrphidae ID

Hi all,

I am new to this site and thought I would ask for some ID help. Does anyone have any ideas about this species, taken in Hampshire, England.

Looks like Sphaerophoria scripta to me - from the abdomen being longer than the wings. :)
