Which Urophora is it? Northern Poland, Tczew (CE59), 05.06.2011, dry meadow, on Carduus sp.

It looks like U. jaceana. I read U. solstitialis, U. cuspidata are very similar. I don't know host plant of these species. U. jaceana - Centaurea (only or may be Carduus?).

From the host plant, it must be U. solstitialis L., and the wing shape, wing pattern and the black streak on forefemur support this ID.
It could be misidentified with cuspidata only, but their host plants normally do not occur together (Carduus is a pioneering plant at roadsides, fields and overgrazed pastures, whereas Centaurea scabiosa occur usually on moderately grazed, well insolated slopes).
