Hello

I would be grateful if someone could confirm Tabanus sudeticus male or female

As I get bitten quite a lot it would be useful to know which biting flies to look out for, this one was on a leaf but with another one nearby I certainly had my eye on it

For me it is impossible to separate Tabanud bovinus and sudeticus without sharp picture of antennae.

Female. In Tabanids, eyes widely separated = female, eyes toucing = males.
