..it's about 4-5mm small, very quick too...
Who knows the name of this small fly...?

I'd suspect Keroplatidae or Sciaridae...

Hello Valery and Phil,
For me it seemed a funny fly, as I the head is so flat, I can't see the eyes and the antenna are the ones of a bug to me. This is the first one I see and I could make a picture too. The Sciaridae have a face that I know, small and sharp, and I agree with Phil that it can be a Scatopsid, as they have a flat face. So, Valery, next time I find it, I won't say again that it's a funny fly...:)

Yup, Scatopsidae but with just this view it will need a very experienced specialist to tell which one. I am just someone with a more than average interest...

Thank you for your reaction! With my small camera I'm already happy with this one result... It seems to me that Scatops notata is the common one, so maybe this is one too...
