This interesting little fly (1) was found on Leucanthum Dog Daisy . it is between 7 - 10 mm with metallic green eyes and paterned wings it appears to be mating (2) on this plant and one shot (3) below possibly depicts ovipositing. The Female appears much larger than the male . It was found with another patterned fly another species (spp2 ) -which is given in the post to follow . Any Id on these two species much appreciated
Many thanks in advance

Probably
Urophora jaceana (Hering, 1935) (Tephritidae) but for exact identification, study of the tip of female genitalia is needed.
