Hello!

This 4 mm fly visited the light in our garden (northwest Germany) at the end of May.

I think this is Triarthria setipennis. You can see the three joints of the arista which give it the first name and the setulae on the wings which give it the second :)

I have to correct myself, I had it already in July 2009. But that one was considerably bigger.
