Loewia species. If face without bristles for their total length, than Loewia foeda very probably.

In Roumania, I'd except several Loewia.

The petiole of the topcell might be a little long for L. foeda.
I'd keep it to Loewia spec.

If you'd care to share the specimen indue time, we could say more.

Hi Theo, you will receive this specimen, but probably at the end of this year, because is easyer for me to send all the specimens in the same time ;)
