Yesterday in high Pyrenees, Spain, near cascades and forests.

Different individuals but, I suppose, same species.

Can the species be identified?
Thanks

Looks as if it has at least 5 spines on the back of its scutellum so it could be a Beris sp.

Thanks Tristam (I replied but the answer is missing). I hope that somebody can tell me what species of Beris it can be!

Top image might well be Actina chalybea, the other two I suspect to be Beris geniculata with the female in the middle image and the male in the bottom one.

Different species? Oh! That is surprising. The top one is a female and the other two is a male (same individual). By the inflated tarsi of last leg pair I suspected that are the same fly. I'll update my files with Actina chlaybea and Beris geniculata. Thanks!

Sorry, I mixed them up (male - female). Concerning the Actina: males also have separated eyes and I do not know how wide they must be separated to either male or female.
