Urophora jaceana(male) is the correct name? Thank you very much.
Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra, approximately 700 m above sea level 29.05.2011.

It could be either
U. jaceana, U. cuspidata or
U. solstitialis, which hardly could be told from the photo alone, even females. Males can be IDed only based on their host plant.
