Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Phalacrotophora ?

Seen on stem of old Larch tree (Larix) on 26 may 2011 in Larch tree forest in the Netherlands. This looks like a Phalacrotophora Can you tell the species name?

Specimen would be needed for species ID, but it looks like Phalacrotophora, yes.
