Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Hydrotaea dentipes-group again? (21.05.11) --> Thricops semicinereus + T. cf. cunctans

Hello!

These 5-6 mm flies are very numerous at forest borders currently (northwest Germany). Is this Hydrotaea (Muscidae)?

First one is Thricops semicinereus,
second one is another Thricops (cunctans ?).

Thank you, Stephane! I had saved several "candidates" for T. semicinereus these days, but this one occured not orange enough to me... :S
