Hello!

Good old Phaonia tuguriorum again? About 8 mm, at garden shed (northwest Germany).

Phaonia tuguriorum, I think. Because of the combination of infuscated crossveins, yellow tipped scutellum, yellow legs, 4 dc and 1 pair presutural acrostichals.
