Hello!

Genus ID possible? A 4 mm male at a hawthorn hedge last week (northwest Germany).

Hard to be sure, but this could be Delia platura. I think I see the blunt apical spur on t1, and the lack of ventral bristles on the basal half of the hind femur is consistent.
