Anisopodidae, I think, compare to this:

I guess family would fit, and if 6 mm is small by your filling, size too.

My first impression is also Anisopodidae. It's Nematocera, not in Culicopmorpha or Tipulomorpha and not a fungus gnat (Sciaroidea).

Sylvicola fenestralis does look close so will go with Anisopodidae thanks.
