I hope someone can help me with this Muscidae, as I think it looks characteristic. There are 3 post dc, 1 pair of developed acrostichals, eyes with microscopical hairs and hind tibiae are reddish. It was found in the Netherlands.

When you say "1 pair of developed acrostichals", you talk about a presutural pair, or postsutural ?
First thougth,
Phaonia fuscata, but the legs are somewhat dark for a female. Otherwise, if an elongated pair of prst acr (but not strong) + broadened palpi,
Phaonia palpata.

It's frustrating not to see the large palpi...;)
