Hello,

I only managed one shot of this. I think it has ocellar bristles, and the vein M2 which led me to Verrallia.

It was on a Camellia leaf where there are Barkfly nymphs so it might have been looking for those? I saw an ant grab one! There has also been scale insects which somehow appear when the new leaves are about to grow, leaving honeydew on the leaves ( I remove them but they return :@)

27th April, my garden near Lincoln UK. Size ~4mm
