Hello!

A 4.5 mm fly from the wall of our house (next to garden), northwest Germany. I've got no idea...

Many thanks! I was thinking of Sciomyzidae, but when seeing the spines at the legs I discarded that idea. Should have lead me into the right direction (but I had never seen such a small Scatophagid...).
