Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Coenomyia ferruginea??

Hello, I've IDed this one as a female Coenomyia ferruginea, but I was pointed out that this was not
correct. Can you help me at this one?
Found in Germany, Potsdam Mittelmark near the river Havel.

And this one was also taken that morning at the same location. I've IDed it as a male Coenomyia ferruginea- But know i'm not so sure with it... Can you also help me at this one please?

Thank you Paul! That was really fast! :-) That means they are "Thereva spiloptera" or "Thereva spinulosa"? Was I at least right with the male and female decision?

'sp' stands for species, meaning an unidentified species belonging to the group with which it is mentioned, so in this case a species of
Thereva.

Ah, I understand! Thank you! I assume that it isn't possible to id the sex of them? Or was i right with my try that the first one is female and the second is male? Thanks again and Best regards!
