Botanophila fugax (male) is the correct name? Thank you very much.
Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra 27.04.2011.

I think this is probably Delia platura; you can see the curved spur at the apex of the fore-tibia in images 1 and 4. Botanophila do not have this.
