Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tephritoidea?

I photographed this fly sitting on a Cycad (Pretoria, South Africa). Any help with an ID will be appreciated.:)

Sorry, mea culpa: fine details were poorly visible and when I enlarged the picture I found out that I saw the lobe of cubital cell, which does not exist!!!

I must correct myself: this is a Platystomatidae, apparently Elassogaster arcuata Hendel
