Well, at least I recognised it this time. :D Is this shadow-boxing a male thing? How can you distinguish the sexes?

Having never seen one in the wild (like most people) I'd have to pass on that question - but great photo and observation :D You could take a video of it perhaps?

Of course, I've just realised that 'Cinochira' is the Greek for 'hand-waving', so this must be typical behaviour. Next time I see one I'll tell it to wait while I buy a camera that does video :P

Haha ... my little compact camera does fairly OK-ish video but I am still learning how to get the best out of it in macro mode. :)
