I'd say a Myopa sp. - but change the title pls., as Chris says, to attract a conopidologist.

probably not as the thorax is black adjacent to the scutellum, more likely to be testacea

I think these are most likely Myopa testacea, but it is difficult to be absolutely certain. The black coloration of the mesoscutum appears to extend to the rear margin of the thorax, which narrows the possibilities considerably: usually such flies will be found to be testacea, although this character is very occasionally subject to variation.

I would say that it is M. testacea, given the single outstanding dark patch in the wing, the darkred abdomen and the blackish thoracic dorsum.
