Is it possible to say which family this belongs to? Looks like some of the Heleomyzidae in the gallery but no details on the photo (didn't get any photos from close range).

Approx. 5 mm, found close to the shore on seaweed in Bodø, northern Norway (photo from 22.04.2011)
