I checked on F. Europaea and it seems there are these 3 close species for Belgium.
Anthomyia monilis (Meigen 1826)
Anthomyia pluvialis (Linnaeus 1758)
Anthomyia procellaris Rondani 1866

Any possibility to go further with this shot?
Sorry, I don't have a top view. B)
It was taken in Zaventem, the 20th of this month.

A. monilis is not black and white ; this is not A. pluvialis (lateral spot on scutum and supra-alar spot are fused). It could be A. procellaris or A. bazini. Only genitalia examination can separate these two...
