Are you sure about Fannia? I may well be hallucinating again, but the subcosta and anal vein don't look right to me. Don't know what it is though - seems to have too many dcs to be Antho, so Muscidae?

Yes, Muscidae, but I can't see enough well the usual important chaetotaxy (arista plumose or not, "Phaonia bristle" or not, pre-alar present or absent etc.). With infuscated wings, several possibilities (Hebecnema, Phaonia pullata, Spilogona part...).
