Looks like
Exorista rustica (group) ... species-level ID not possible without male genitalia :)

By the way, in
Athrycia R1 is bare, so it is still
Voria ruralis. :)

I could have sworn I saw discal setae on tergites (implying Athrycia rather than Voria), but Erikas is quite right: Vein r1 is hairy.
So I need to review my eyes.
