Found last week in the cloud forests of Mindo, Ecuador ~1500M

One for John Smit ... who is (ironically) in Peru :D Looks like Richardiidae to me but that's just a guess :)

Gorgeous photos ... find some tachinids! ;) :P

It's indeed Richardiidae, genus Richardia. That's what I can do from the top of my head, will get back to it for a species name.

Back in the Netherlands at this moment, albeit only for two more weeks...
