Found today, in Zeist, Holland, is it a Phorocera obscura...?

Looks good to me - very long abdomen & large genitalia :) But I have a bad record with bronze-coloured Spring tachinids :D

Chris, you forgot medial discal bristles.
It is Sarcophagidae.
