Can you help to identify the genus or species. The pictures I know are not the best quality so I do not expect too much. The pictures were taken in the Netherlands on 7 august 2010 in riverine plains in half natural grasslands on wet clayey soils near water.

I think, it is a female Thelaira nigripes.

This gives me some confidence as I had arrived at the same species with my limited knowledge.
