Is this Rhagionidae? 7mm.
Found inside 23-03-2011, Hasselt, Belgium.

I don't think so.

I think it might be some 'Nematocera' that lost its antenna ?

This should be a Sylvicola female, Anisopodidae. I just saw one today. They are quite common in spring and autumn.
