Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Anthomyiidae Botanophila fugax? male

Hi!

This looks like one from last year which Joke thought might be Botanophila fugax, this time I got a side view! It was a very small fly no more than 5mm long. Is it possible to say from these pics?

18th March 2011 near Lincoln UK, on Mahonia.
