Hmmm....arista seems bare and mouthpart is rather orange and only 1 av on the hindtibia.
I think Pegomya,
I have looked at it several times, but nothing seems to fit.
I need a better view on the lenght of the prealar and lower katepisternal and a view on the hindtarsus!

I think not my best evening...:o
Just must be Mycophaga testacea, so arista has to be haired after all , but not visible on the photo.
Nothing fits with Pegomya....
