Hello, is Ptychopteridae correct and can anybody identify the genus or the species. I took ihe images in June in Northern Germany. Thanks a lot and many greetings, Frank

I would say Tipulidae -- two anal veins and complete V shaped suture in mesonotum, plus other details. The short antennae may be distinctive.
