Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Ephydridae from 14.02.11 --> Scatella tenuicosta, Limnellia quadrata

Hello!

I like those tiny ones... Is it possible to tell, which species the two Scatella are? Both about 1.5 mm, one from our house, one from a tree trunk in forest (northwest Germany). Additionally a Limnellia quadrata - only for viewing, one of my absolute favourites!

The dark legs, wing markings (as far as I can see) and rather weak bristles on the mouth edge all suggest tenuicosta
