It is a Sapromyza. I don't know why I did not see it yesterday. I missed the photo. I can't see the ac's well, so a bit hard to say which species for me, but it belongs to subgenus Sapromyzosoma

Hello Ruud and Katka,

Is Sapromyzosoma quadricincta the same as Sapromyzosoma quadripunctata...?
Can you say if it's a male or female...?
Thanks for you ID-help!!

Hedy

Hi,
no, it is not the same. S. quadricincta (=bipunctata) has ussually only one pairs of spots at abdomen and always 4 rows of acrostichals. Black brush at hind tibia absend.
S quadripunctata has two pairs of spots and two rows of ac. This specimen is a male, because of black brush at hind tibia.

Hello Katka,

Thank you very much for your interesting comment...!
The word quadricincta gave to me link to 'five' but it is a link to 'two'... bit confusing. I'll try to remember...
