11 July 2009, along the Klondike River, Yukon Territory, Canada, about 10 km east of Dawson.
Length 3.6 mm to wingtip.
Empididae?

Ooops, all those letters e, p, and i, I said Empididae when I should have said Ephydridae. Mites never occurred to me!
