I'm sorry Theo, you mean a Dilophus febrilis female...?

This is a Bibio female. Bibio has strong spurs at the tips of fore tibiae. Dilophus has two or three rows of spines on fore tibia, one row of spines near front of thorax, and (usually?) a longer R-M crossvein.

No, I thought to a Dilophus febrilis female...
As I see now all the Bibio-women are unidentifiable... except for the black Bibio marci..?
Thank you ofcourse also for the other Bibio determinations!

Regards,
Hedy
