Need to check this, first impression is male Rh. vitripennis.

Just for my understanding, is there any visible difference between R. scolopaceus and vitripennis ?

vitripennis has only darkening in the wing at margin and around crossvein at top of discal cell, scolopaceus has much more dark spots.
So it seems to fit vitripennis, if the picture is not misleading
