Hello,
Taken on 5th August, my garden near Lincoln UK. Old woodlands, pastures and heathlands habitat. Size, not sure, possibly ~10mm.
I can crop closer some parts in needed. Thanks!

The colour does look a bit brown ... a bit
Phorocera-ish ... but it is clearly an
Exorista because there is a shadow-fold extending from the bend of vein m and the parafrontals descend to around the middle of antenna-3 (it also has that lovely mustard & white dusting on the head) ... then noticing that it has 3 dorsocentrals points you to
E.rustica group :)

The golden parafrontals are a clear clue.... not to be seen in Phorocera
